Leadership development with coaching tools
"We cannot teach people anything, we can only help them discover it within themselves."

László András Imricsák – CEO
- Certified Information Technology Engineer since 1999
- I graduated from Corvinus with a university degree as a corporate internal and management coach.
- I worked as a manager in the IT operations area for 12 years, and at the end I was the IT operations manager of Sberbank Zrt. for 3.5 years.
- As a leader, it has always been important to me to help, support and develop my colleagues, which is why I wanted to develop myself in this area, so I applied to Corvinus University
- After Sberbank, I decided that I wanted to work in organizational development, leadership development, and team building in addition to IT.
- For me, the following analogy appears between coaching and a sailboat:
Just as on a ship, much more attention must be paid to the environment, the sea, the wind, the sails, the currents, and only understanding and accepting these leads to a successful and safe journey, in coaching and as a leader, similarly, much more attention must be paid to the individual, or to the behavior, metacommunication, mood, performance, etc. of colleagues, and only after understanding and accepting these can we help as a coach in development, or as a leader in more effective and successful teamwork. A sailboat teaches me to be much more present, in the here and now.

During my three decades in the IT world, I have constantly sought out tasks and challenges where I could work for colleagues as well as machines. This could be editing the company newspaper, organizing leisure activities, or family days.
Nomen est omen: finding and nurturing inner values and balance was the most important thing in everyday work.
Laci Imricsák and I have been working together for several decades: we know each other, we trust each other, and most of the time we know what the other wants from half a word.
My goal is for these half-words to become positive sentences and future-proof solutions for everyone who turns to us.
Bea Pajor
- Senior IT Project Manager and Team Leader
- Certified life and business coach, trainer
- University researcher on employee engagement, motivation and workplace well-being
I graduated as an economist from the University of Debrecen in 2009. After some exploration and searching, I found my path: I worked as a project manager for a banking IT company for 13 years.
I really liked the excitement of projects, but at the same time I was always very interested in the development of the "individual", the path leading to it, support, and motivation.
During my years as a project and team leader, I obtained my coaching qualification to better understand the processes taking place in my team members, and in recent years I have focused entirely on coaching, mentoring, training, research, and presentations.
I believe that “A coach is a scout for talent and potential” (Sylviane Cannio), who supports their clients not only in development, but also in becoming aware and self-reflective about their existing values and resources, thereby achieving more and more success.
