Thoughts
The three basic rules of life
- Never be afraid!
Fear is humanity's greatest enemy! It is most often associated with the fear of death, as it was ingrained in humanity thousands of years ago that if you don't do what is expected of you, you will be ostracized from the tribe, thrown outside the protective walls, and then taken away by the saber-toothed tiger.
The two most popular types of fear in everyday life are: 1. Fear of failure, when we are afraid that we will not succeed, so we prefer not to even try! 2. Fear of being found out that I am not good enough! But in front of whom? Well, in front of myself!
These situations play out in people's minds when they let themselves be influenced due to lack of awareness and instead of saying "no", they say "yes", because then they stay within the walls, where there is protection and safety. Because, if they say no, then there is uncertainty, where they have to confront and who knows what the end will be... This is how it happens these days that we don't report back to our boss, our colleagues, we do things we don't want to do just for the sake of peace, we have jobs we don't like to do just because I didn't apply for the other position, or I didn't open a petting zoo, etc. People are wasting their lives instead of living them!
- Never resist!
Be present in the here and now, be spontaneous, trust that what is happening to you is for you to grow from it! Don't run away from the situation, make the most of it! Don't listen to your mind, pay attention to your feelings, bring your awareness, stay in the flow! Be open to the new, to change, be flexible, because one thing is constant, change!
- Never judge!
Never judge others, but especially not yourself! Accept that you are who you are and accept that others are who they are! Acceptance is one of the pillars of self-esteem and self-confidence.
Exercise:
- Try not to judge for an hour.
- If you've made it through the hour, try not to judge for a day.
- If the former is also the case, try it for 1 month
- Then for 3 months
If you don't judge for 3 months, see how radically your life will change!
Onion model vs lamp as a coaching tool
The onion model, as a coaching tool, is about how as you peel down the layers of yourself, you get closer to knowing who you really are.
I prefer the lamp that is covered with five, six, seven or eight sheets. As you start to remove the layers the light will become brighter and brighter and eventually it will shine brightly.
Draw knowledge from within yourself.
Is this what a real coach is like?!

The power of now
The mind's tendency is always to reject the now and to escape from the now. In other words, the more you identify with your mind, the more you suffer. Or I could put it this way: the more you are able to accept and appreciate the now, the freer you are from pain, from suffering - the freer you are from the egoic mind.

Sögyal Rinpoche: Autobiography in Five Chapters
Chapter 1
I walk along the street.
There is a deep hole in the pavement.
I'm falling to it.
I am lost… without hope.
It is not my fault.
It'll be forever before I get out.
Chapter 2
I walk on the same street.
There is a deep hole in the pavement.
I pretend I don't see it.
I'm falling to it again.
I can't believe I'm in the same place again.
But it is not my fault!
It takes me a long time to get out again.
Chapter 3
I walk on the same street.
There is a deep hole in the pavement.
I see it's there.
I fall into it again… it's a habit.
My eyes are open,
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I'll get out of there right away.
Chapter 4
I walk on the same street.
There is a deep hole in the pavement.
I'll avoid it.
Chapter 5
I'm walking on another street.
Secret of development?
You can only really get ahead if you decide to do something and want it more than you fear it...
Hug the dragon!
There's only one way to know where to go.
You have to follow your fear.
It will show you the way.
If you run from what you fear, you will get lost:
and you get further and further away from what you are looking for.
If you are afraid to face this person or that situation,
then the knot you should untie will remain there.
This knot, which, if recognized and faced, will give you the key to freedom...
So from now on, when you feel fear, confusion, irritation, or worry, don't run away. Stay in tune with your feelings.
And dare to discover the treasure hidden in your discomfort.
The most valuable treasures are guarded by the most terrible dragon.
To reach the treasures, you must go to the dragon... and hug him.

— Eckhart Tolle —
Catch route
It's difficult for the thrower because he doesn't have a clear path. He has to throw without knowing if he'll be successful.
– He has to trust your instincts to make the shot.
– He has to find hope in the chaos
In fact, most of us are constantly faced with such a throw and most of us don't dare to throw the ball...
Bízzál az ösztöneidben és találj reményt a káoszban!
The real ME = ME + Consciousness?!
And difficulty is not difficulty.
And darkness is not darkness.
And he also sees in the hopelessness.
And he's not afraid of death either.
And if you lose something, he says, "There's another one!"
And if he's in a hole: he'll climb out.
And if you lose your temper: he will get you back.
And if you are sick: he heals you.
And if you have to be born: he will bring you into the world.
And if you must die, he will lead you through the darkness and be reborn.
And when you suffer, he whispers: for some reason it's good that it's like this.
There is someone in you who can maintain their composure even in grief.
And to rise above everything.
And looking at your teary eyes from the outside, smiling.
And if you are afraid – he is not afraid
There is Someone inside you who is more than you.
Who can command your soul.
Who can lose weight if you are fat.
Who can make you fat if you're skinny.
If you are a smoker, he can help you quit smoking.
Who is always laughing inside.
And if you catch yourself thinking, "Life isn't worth living!", he kicks you in the ass with his invisible foot.
Not once, but a hundred times, and he says: "let's move on!"
There is someone inside you who is immortal.
And cheerful. And strong.
It can't be dealt with.
And if you fall to the ground, he will pick you up by your shoulders and help you to your feet.
And when you feel like you can't take it anymore, it gives you such energy that it breaks the bars of your prison of cowardice and self-pity and sets you free. Listen to it! It is you.

The highest performance
The greatest achievement is to give yourself to a world that constantly wants to transform you into someone else.

First step
Are you sure the problem is with youth?
Our youth are ill-mannered, they have no respect for authority and no respect for the elderly. Our sons these days don't stand up when an old man enters, they argue with their parents and chatter instead of working. They are simply unbearable.
— Szókrátész Kr. e. 470-399 —
Teaching/learning
If you have to teach someone something, they will never learn it!

Creation
Are you creating yourself all the time? You are not creating money, but:
You are creating a richer version of yourself.
Yourself in greater abundance.
You create your more easily existing self.
You create yourself into greater possibilities. You create a version of yourself who enjoys life and seizes opportunities with joy.
Te vagy az aki ezt teszi!
Te vagy az aki önmagadat kiterjeszted.
Te teremted meg önmagadat ebben a fizikai testben és világban azáltal, hogy belevetíted a tudatosságodat ebbe a tér-idő valóságba.
You do everything yourself...
