The trainings aim to:

- Generational differences within a team, how to work together

The content of the tours varies and depends on the following:
- From the customer's request
- From the composition of the team: a team of leaders, a leader and his team, personality types, age group

The programs available are varied and can be combined.
- Sailing: a parallel can be drawn between the operation of a company and the operation of a ship, so the task is for the team members to find their own place on the ship and steer it, with the support of their leader.
- Playful programs involving everything available on a ship and on the surrounding islands: water, boat, motorboat, SUP, sand, gravel, fish, fishing rod
- Individual development, based on completing various tests before the tour: DISC, MBTI, Enneagram or others
- To teamcoach, where the team solves common problems and challenges using coaching tools
- Selection and evaluation of leaders

The crew and duration:
- Maximum 8 people per boat
- It is possible to rent multiple boats, we currently have a fleet of 4 boats, including 3 classic sailing boats (Elan, Jeneau and Beneteau) and an Azimut type yacht.
- Optimal is 3 nights, 4 days of training
